GUARANTEED PRODUCT PERFORMANCE - There is never a risk when dealing with Wholesale. WE UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEE ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS against any defect in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment. Defective merchandise will be promptly repaired or replaced.
Returned Goods Policy
All merchandise returns must be authorized by ProjectorScreenStore.
Please have the item part number and original invoice ready when calling customer service. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise to determine its condition.
Adjustments: Merchandise inspected and found to be in good working order and or condition will be issued full merchandise credit less all shipping and handling charges (subject to minimum 15% restocking charge). Merchandise inspected and found to be in need of repair due to customer abuse or misuse and/or requiring refurbishing or repackaging will be issued merchandise credit less all repair, refurbishing, repackaging and shipping/handling charges, less a minimum 15% restocking charge. Merchandise inspected and found to be beyond repair and/or not in resalable condition will not be accepted for credit. Special order items (those not normally stocked in our warehouse) are not returnable. All sales are considered final after 30 days
